Where to order, which shop serves your country and how to find the certificate for your vial.
What is SPEPS Group?
SPEPS Group is a group of five research peptide shops, one for each of its markets: SwissPeps (Switzerland), españapeptide (Spain), DeutschePeps (Germany), FrancePeps (France), UKPeps (United Kingdom). All five share one catalogue and one library of Certificates of Analysis. The group is operated by UAB Nauja oda eshop, Vilnius, Lithuania.
Can I order on speps.eu?
No. speps.eu is the group website. Orders are placed in the country shops, which handle prices, payment, delivery and customer service.
Which shop should I order from?
Order from the shop for your country. The map and the delivery list on our home page show which shop delivers to which country.
Do you deliver to my country?
The delivery list on our home page shows the countries each shop delivers to. If your country is not listed, write to us at speps.group@protonmail.com and we will tell you whether delivery is possible.
In which currency are prices shown?
Each shop shows prices in its local currency: Swiss francs at SwissPeps, pounds sterling at UKPeps and euros at DeutschePeps, españapeptide and FrancePeps.
Is the catalogue the same in every shop?
Yes. All five shops carry the same catalogue and use the same certificate library. Prices, currency and delivery terms are set by each shop.
Are the products intended for human use?
No. All products are supplied for laboratory and scientific research only. They are not medicines and are not intended for human consumption or for veterinary use.
Do you give advice on how to use the products?
No. We provide documentation for research (identity, molecular data, certificates and storage conditions), but we do not give any guidance on use in humans or animals.
Who can buy from your shops?
Adults aged 18 or over who buy for laboratory or scientific research.
How do I find the Certificate of Analysis for my vial?
Read the lot number on the vial label and look it up in the certificate register on our Quality & CoA page. If your lot is not listed, write to us at speps.group@protonmail.com and we will send you its certificate.
How are the peptides shipped and stored?
Peptides are supplied lyophilised (freeze-dried) for stability, in neutral parcels with no description of the contents on the outside. Lyophilised vials are stored at −20 °C, away from light.
